Sometimes control is what is needed! This garden was laid out to minimise the damage by a beloved but very destructive Crufts winning dog. Two large brick planters kept the plants somewhat safe, and a separate area for the dog when unsupervised was created behind the blue picket fence. A Mediterranean themed planting suited this south facing aspect.
